1 Definitions & Interpretations

The terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

In this document, "we" and "our" refer to hbejee, while "you" and "your" refer to the user of the platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with hbejee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not reside in a country where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You must have an active mobile number and email address.
• You have not previously been banned from any hbejee account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one hbejee account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, both accounts will be closed and all accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date. Registering with false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is required to withdraw above a certain amount or to claim bonuses. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• After a deposit, your balance is typically credited within 5 minutes.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

3.3 Transaction History

All deposit and withdrawal records are stored in your account's transaction history. hbejee reserves the right to investigate any transaction.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Hbejee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies to eligible accounts only.
• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawals are only available after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Hbejee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members applies to the first deposit only. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the relevant offers page.

4.3 Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are earned on every bet placed. Points can be redeemed for free bets or bonus cash. Points are valid for 6 months.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at erroneous odds, hbejee reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.

5.2 Live Betting

During live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. Live betting may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits are set for each event and market. These limits may vary depending on the event and circumstances.

5.4 Result Confirmation

Hbejee uses official sources to confirm betting results. In the case of any disputed outcome, hbejee's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbejee:

• Opening or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Abusing or exploiting the bonus system.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to hbejee's systems.
• Harassing other users or attempting to damage the platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by hbejee

Hbejee may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Please ensure all withdrawals are completed before submitting the request. Account reinstatement after closure may be possible, but remains at hbejee's sole discretion.

8 Responsible Gaming

Hbejee is strongly committed to responsible betting. We want every user to enjoy betting as entertainment — not as a source of problems.

8.1 Setting Personal Limits

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Take a temporary break from betting (cooling-off period).
• Self-exclude for a long-term period.

9 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• If you disagree with a decision made by hbejee, you may seek third-party mediation.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

Hbejee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please contact support to close your account.
